1. Free Shipping Across India
Earthvya offers free shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum purchase requirement. Whether you order a single product or multiple items, there are no additional delivery charges. We believe in transparent pricing and a hassle-free checkout experience.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible products and serviceable pin codes. This allows you to pay once the order is delivered to your doorstep.
- COD may carry a small charge in certain locations depending on courier policies.
- Prepaid orders are generally processed and delivered faster than COD orders.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment or order confirmation.
During festivals, sales, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order is packed and handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier availability, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
If tracking details are not immediately visible, please allow up to 24 hours for the courier system to update.
6. Shipping Delays
While we work with reliable courier partners, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. In such cases, our customer support team will proactively assist and coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
7. Delivery Attempts & Returns
Courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the order cannot be delivered due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Unreachable contact number
- Refusal to accept the package
The shipment may be returned to us.
