Changed your mind before we ship?

Totally okay. If your order hasn’t left our warehouse, just cancel it. You’ll get a full refund. No questions asked.

Didn’t receive your order?

Sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your order comes back to us because:

  • You weren’t available during delivery,

  • You refused the package, or

  • The address couldn’t be reached…

…we’ll issue a full refund once the product is returned by the courier partner.

Got the wrong item, or something’s missing or damaged?

Ugh. That’s on us — and we’ll fix it.

Here’s what to do:

  • Reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and the order being marked as delivered in our system..

  • Share the original packaging video (yes, we know it’s a hassle — but it’s mandatory to move things forward).

  • Once verified, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7 working days.

Opened or Used the Product?

We understand your concern and are here to help.

Because of the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns on parcels that have been opened or used — unless they’re defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. This is to ensure the highest safety and hygiene for all our customers.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please share a clear video of the product at the time of delivery. This helps us resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

In case your order contains multiple items and only one is damaged, missing, or defective, we’ll be able to refund or replace only that specific item.

How do refunds work?

  • Prepaid Orders (Card, UPI, Netbanking): Refunded to your original source within 7–9 working days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)Our team will contact you for your bank details. Refund will be processed directly to your account.

  • Shipping Charges (if any): These shall be only Non-refundable in case of failed delivery or customer refusal.
